There were five of us adults staying at this campground for a hiking trip, and we felt right at home from the very beginning. The location is truly great and offers an excellent starting point for beautiful hikes.
We were particularly impressed by the very clean and well-maintained restroom facilities. Thanks to the ample number of facilities, there were hardly any wait times—even during peak hours—and we were truly impressed by both their availability and cleanliness.
We’d also like to highlight the child- and dog-friendly atmosphere. We didn’t have any children or a dog with us ourselves, but we definitely would have loved to bring them along if we’d had any. The coexistence of children, dogs, and adults worked very well thanks to mutual consideration and clear rules.
All in all, a clean, pleasant, and welcoming campground in a beautiful location that we’re happy to recommend!

Very friendly staff. It’s quiet because it’s a bit away from the hustle and bustle by the lake, but you can still cool off in the pool anytime. The playground, Robin’s Valley, and children’s activities during summer vacation are great for kids. The playground is right next to the campsites. The campground is laid out so cleverly that the other sites are separated from the playground, allowing you to enjoy some peace and quiet there. The restroom facilities are very well-maintained, relatively new, and exceptionally clean.

We didn’t understand either German or English, but that wasn’t a problem at all because the staff at the front desk are very friendly and help with any questions.
We got a really great spot for our tent—right on the edge, which is much more convenient than in the middle of the campground, Z10.
We were especially happy that there’s a free refrigerator and the pool is free, too (which was a real lifesaver in that heat while camping). We were also able to wash our clothes in the washing machine. There are also coffee machines with really delicious coffee.
We really liked everything, and now we’d love to come back for a longer stay.
We also had electricity at our site. I’m not sure if that was mentioned on the website—I certainly didn’t notice it. We were really happy about that because we hadn’t expected it at all. That was really great.
The location of our site was also just fantastic.
There were other people with dogs there, but I didn’t hear a single dog that was in any way disruptive. So nobody bothered us at all; it was quiet at night—everything was great (we were there with a 4-year-old child).
Plus, the restrooms and showers were very clean (by the way, the showers are free too 🤩).

We stayed there for 4 days before travelling on to Croatia. We liked it so much that we stopped there again on the way back. Everything is very clean and well maintained, highly recommended with dogs
